Liability
BK Bear Inc assumes no responsibility for guest behavior, third party vendor food quality or safety, any damage or loss of merchandise, alcohol, equipment, furniture, event space, rental equipment or other valuables prior to, during or after the event. BK Bear Inc and its agents will do their best to ensure that the client's supplies and venue are cared for and maintained in good working order. The client will assume all liability for third party claims and hold BK Bear and its agents harmless from all suits, actions, losses, damages, claims, or liability. In no event shall BK Bear be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from its performance or failure to perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The client will assume all liability for third party claims and hold BK Bear Inc harmless, indemnifying BK Bear Inc from all claims.
Insurance
Client is responsible for providing all applicable event insurance including, but not limited to, alcohol/liquor license(s).
MENU
Menu must be confirmed fifteen (15) days prior to the event date. Number of guests to be served must be confirmed seven (7) days prior to the event. After this date, the final guest count can only increase but not decrease. Any and all increases in guest count will be subject to additional costs. It is the responsibility of the client to inform BK Bear of potential risk as it pertains to food allergies. Food may contain nuts/peanuts and other potential allergens that may cause illness.
CANCELLATION
All prepayments and deposits will be returned in full (less $250.00 fee & any costs incurred) if event is cancelled by the Client, Venue or act of God up to 30 days prior to the event date. 50% refund (less $250.00 fee & any costs incurred) if event is cancelled 30-15 days prior to event. No refund is provided for cancellations without 15 days notice. BK Bear reserves the right to terminate this contract for any reason. If BK Bear terminates less than 7 days prior to event date they will do their best to secure a similar service to fulfill the contract or return deposits and prepayments (less $250.00 fee, any costs incurred & expenditures). BK Bear is not responsible for the inability to provide services due to inclement weather, fire, acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. BK Bear reserves the right to recuse their agents from any situation that BK Bear deems unsafe, hazardous or violates the terms of service, all deposits will be forfeited
PAYMENT POLICY
20% due upon signing contract. Contract must be paid in full 10 days prior to event. Late payments are subject to a late fee of $100 per day. Final Payments more than 3 Days late are subject to cancellation, all deposits are forfeited. Any overtime hours or guest count increase will be due upon completion of the event.
